Cancellation Policy

What to Bring & What to Expect Bring your mat, a water bottle, and grip socks (or come barefoot if you prefer), and wear your favorite comfortable outfit! At our very first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other. We’ll talk about your health and fitness goals, and then ease into Pre-Pilates and beginner Pilates exercises designed to build a strong foundation. If the weather doesn’t cooperate in the park, don’t worry—we’ll simply move indoors to a local gym so class can still happen. Parking Information You’re welcome to park in the garage at 6900 Lenox Village Drive in any space marked “2 Hour Retail Parking.” Street parking is also available nearby. We understand life happens; we respectfully ask 24 hours notice to cancel/reschedule. If it is past our business hours please send cancellation/reschedule email to neldapilates@gmail.com In the event that you are a no show/no call you will be denied any future bookings.
